Take time out this Sunday for an afternoon dedicated entirely to your wellbeing. This carefully crafted men's wellness session brings together movement, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation in a supportive environment.
What to Expect: The afternoon begins with a welcoming introduction (30 minutes) where you'll meet the facilitators and fellow participants, setting intentions for the session ahead.
Fitness with Skoti (60 minutes) - Build strength, boost energy, and challenge yourself with a dynamic fitness session designed to push you forward while honouring where you are right now.
Yoga with Arun (60 minutes) - Explore breath, balance, and mobility through yoga practice. Whether you're completely new to yoga or have experience, this session will help you reconnect with your body and find stillness.
Conversation with Xander (60 minutes) - Finish with an open, honest conversation about men's wellness, mental health, and the challenges we face. A chance to share, listen, and connect in a judgement-free space.
Refreshments are provided throughout the afternoon. Limited spots available - this intimate session is intentionally small to foster genuine connection and personalised attention.
