This workshop is for anyone who wants to try out arm balances, build strength, and have a great time.

Bakasana is the perfect introduction to balancing on your hands.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you’ll find something valuable here.

Come join us for a laid-back, supportive session that will help you take your yoga practice to the next level!

What to expect:

  • Introduction

  • Warm up & conditioning exercises.

  • Playful yoga practice working full body awareness.

  • Structured progression into Bakasana.

  • Partner assists.

  • Mobility and stretching.

  • Relaxation.

  • Closing circle.

Who is this for:

Absolute beginners to anyone that would like to work their crow into their flow.

What to bring:

  • Mats and props provided.

  • Wear comfy clothes to move in. We have changing rooms.
