What is Qi Gong?
Qigong is a moving meditation, a traditional Chinese health system that combines the breath with mindful movements inspired by animals, martial arts, and natural elements. Qigong gently mobilises the body, calms the mind, and lifts the spirit.
About Arun
Arun has been a qualified yoga teacher since 2001 as well as training in Tai Chi and Qigong. He has taught in Japan, Morocco, Spain, and Holland, introducing and guiding many students through these ancient arts.
