Weaving The Threads
At first glance, yoga and crocheting might look like two different practices, however, the common thread that joins them is the art of being present, patient and connected.
Alex and Sarah don’t believe in the concept of perfection but rather encourage you to simply Be and explore, seeing curiosity as the deepest form of meditation.
This offering will show you how to cultivate pockets of rest and mindfulness to help you discover a more grounded yet playful way of being. In times of such high levels of distraction, this afternoon can be an antidote to stress and overwhelm.

Sarah’s love for crochet started at a young age and she developed a deep appreciation for its ability to take her mind off everyday worries. This class is suitable for beginners, no previous knowledge needed.
