Meditation is a mind that is single-pointedly focused on a virtuous object, and whose function is to make the mind peaceful and calm. Whenever we meditate, we are performing a mental action that will cause us to experience inner peace in the future.

This mixed movement workshop will take people from all abilities, on a journey through emotional detachment with the use of floor work and mindfulness movements. Let’s work together to find an entrance into meditation by using focused, simple & fun movement exercises.
Joshua is a contemporary dance artist and mixed movement specialist, now teaching floor work release technique. Joshua trained at NSCD and graduated with first class honours degree at 21 and has gone on to have a career in mixed movement in the film and campaign industry.
